FAQ

Common questions

Will testing break my website?
We agree scope, timing and rules of engagement first, and avoid destructive tests on production unless you approve them.
Black-box or authenticated testing?
Both. Authenticated, role-based testing finds far more, so we recommend test accounts for each user role.
What do we get at the end?
A report with an executive summary, detailed findings and fixes — and you can follow progress live in the client portal.
