Once the Social Media Security Package is activated, ZeroRisk Cybersecurity will only address issues that arise after the activation date. Any pre-existing issues (i.e., problems that occurred before the package became active) will require additional payment for resolution.
Clients should ensure that all previous security concerns are disclosed before subscribing to avoid misunderstandings. Our team will provide support and solutions only for new issues that emerge during the active subscription period.
For assistance with pre-existing issues, clients may opt for separate service arrangements at an additional cost.
By subscribing to the Social Media Security Package provided by ZeroRisk Cybersecurity, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Service Scope & Limitations
- This package provides preventive security measures to reduce the risk of hacking, suspension, and other cyber threats related to your social media assets. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
- Our service does not cover copyright-related issues directly, as they fall under Meta’s specialized department. We will, however, provide guidance and preventive measures to help avoid such violations.
- Our assistance with cyber threats and cyberbullying includes coordination with law enforcement agencies where applicable, but we do not take direct legal responsibility for legal proceedings.
Incident Handling & Recovery
- If a social media page, profile, or ad account is hacked or suspended during the active subscription period, ZeroRisk Cybersecurity will recover and reactivate it at no additional cost, subject to platform policies.
- If a suspension occurs due to a violation of Meta’s community standards, advertising policies, or other platform rules, our team will assist in appealing the decision, but recovery is not guaranteed.
- Clients must immediately notify us of any security incidents to ensure a prompt response.
Client Responsibilities
- Clients must follow security guidelines recommended by ZeroRisk Cybersecurity, including best practices for password management, two-factor authentication, and access control.
- Clients must not engage in prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Spamming or misleading advertising
- Selling or distributing restricted content
- Violating any platform’s community guidelines or policies
- Any security breach caused by negligence (e.g., sharing passwords with unauthorized persons) will not be covered under this package.
Subscription & Payment
- The Social Media Security Package is available on a subscription basis, and fees must be paid in advance to activate the service.
- Non-payment or late payment may result in service suspension until outstanding dues are cleared.
- Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where ZeroRisk Cybersecurity fails to provide the agreed-upon services.
Confidentiality & Data Protection
- ZeroRisk Cybersecurity will keep all client information confidential and will not share data with third parties unless legally required.
- Our team will only access client accounts with explicit permission and will follow strict security protocols to ensure data safety.
Termination & Service Modifications
- Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days’ written notice. However, no refunds will be provided for unused service periods.
- ZeroRisk Cybersecurity reserves the right to modify the package terms, features, or pricing, with prior notice to clients.
- If any changes in platform policies (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) impact the effectiveness of the service, ZeroRisk Cybersecurity will adapt the service accordingly but will not be liable for losses beyond our control.
Legal Disclaimer
- While ZeroRisk Cybersecurity takes all reasonable measures to secure client accounts, we do not guarantee immunity from cyber threats, hacking, or platform enforcement actions.
- We are not liable for any financial losses, reputational damage, or business disruptions resulting from cyber incidents or platform decisions beyond our control.
- Clients agree to indemnify ZeroRisk Cybersecurity from any legal claims, disputes, or penalties arising from their use of social media platforms.
By subscribing to this package, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
