Employee Code of Conduct & Security Policies

At ZeroRisk Cybersecurity we uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and data security. Every employee follows these policies to maintain client trust and ensure a secure working environment.

Client data privacy & confidentiality

  • Employees must not access, view, store or share any client’s personal or sensitive information unless explicitly authorised.
  • Unauthorised access to client accounts, credentials or communication channels is strictly prohibited.
  • Client data accessed for work must be handled with the utmost security and discretion, and stored only in company-approved systems.

Communication & client interaction

  • Employees may not contact clients through unofficial channels, including personal phone numbers, social media or messaging apps.
  • All client interactions take place through official company channels — company email, the client portal or designated platforms.
  • Professionalism and courtesy are maintained in all client communications.

Data security & system access

  • Login credentials, access tokens and other security information must never be shared with unauthorised individuals.
  • Company systems, tools and databases are used only for official work.
  • Any suspected breach, unauthorised access or data misuse is reported immediately to the security team.

Ethical responsibility & compliance

  • Employees comply with local and international cybersecurity laws, industry regulations and ethical standards.
  • Misuse of company resources — including client data, proprietary tools and internal systems — is prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action.
  • Conflicts of interest, unethical behaviour or suspicious activity are reported to management or the compliance team.

Non-disclosure & intellectual property

  • Every employee signs and strictly follows a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) protecting company and client information.
  • Work, research and tools developed within the company remain the intellectual property of ZeroRisk Cybersecurity.
  • Company strategies, technologies and confidential practices are never disclosed to external parties.

Violations & disciplinary action

  • Violations may result in warnings, suspension or termination, depending on severity.
  • Legal action may be taken in cases involving data breaches, fraud or unauthorised access.
  • The company may monitor and audit activity to ensure compliance with these policies.

By joining ZeroRisk Cybersecurity, every employee agrees to uphold these principles. For clarifications, employees contact the HR or Security Compliance team.
