  1. Client Data Privacy & Confidentiality
  • Employees must not access, view, store, or share any client’s personal or sensitive information unless explicitly authorized.
  • Unauthorized access to client accounts, credentials, or communication channels is strictly prohibited.
  • Any client-related data accessed for work purposes must be handled with utmost security and discretion and stored only in company-approved systems.
 
  1. Communication & Client Interaction
  • Employees are not permitted to contact clients personally through any unofficial channels, including personal phone numbers, social media, or messaging apps.
  • All client interactions must take place through official company channels, such as company email, support portal, or designated communication platforms.
  • Professionalism and courtesy must be maintained in all client communications.
 
  1. Data Security & System Access
  • Employees must not share login credentials, access tokens, or any other security-related information with unauthorized individuals.
  • Company systems, tools, and databases must be accessed only for official work purposes.
  • Any suspected security breach, unauthorized access, or data misuse must be reported immediately to the security team.
 
  1. Ethical Responsibility & Compliance
  • Employees must comply with local and international cybersecurity laws, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Misuse of company resources, including client data, proprietary tools, and internal systems, is strictly prohibited and may lead to disciplinary action.
  • Any conflict of interest, unethical behavior, or suspicious activity must be reported to management or the compliance team.
 
  1. Non-Disclosure & Intellectual Property
  • Employees are required to sign and strictly adhere to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive company and client information.
  • Any work, research, or tool developed within the company remains the intellectual property of ZeroRisk Cybersecurity.
  • Employees must not disclose company strategies, technologies, or confidential business practices to external parties.
 
  1. Violation & Disciplinary Actions
  • Any violation of these policies may result in warnings, suspension, or termination, depending on the severity of the offense.
  • Legal action may be taken in cases involving data breaches, fraud, or unauthorized access.
  • The company reserves the right to monitor and audit employee activities to ensure compliance with security policies.
